  5. I loved the story. I loved square dancing. I went to one ona hot summer night. Broke a sweat , sat under a window, and came down with something that almost killed me. I quit square dancing after that.

    I agree with Jackie. And yes it does if it is a collection of short stories. I think they are called “chapters”. 😉 🙂

    Quills, write a story once a week, just like you would write here. After four months, you have approximately 16 tiny chapters. Spend the next 16 weeks coming up with details that will help you beef it up. I love the stories as they are, but they are a bit small for an entire chapter, and any further details would help bulk it up. Finally arrange it in chronological order and provide some final chapter that provides some sort of closure. Viola! Instant book, just add water.

  15. Actually, I have done that before. I’m more experienced with self-publishing/publishing on demand, but I have a little experience with actual publishing. Besides, I’m not an agent. 😉 You write, and we’ll worry about the publishing bit later.
