Say What?!

O’Ceallaigh says that it is good that my nose is stuffy.  He says that means that I am getting better.  Silly me, I thought better involved the stopping of the snotting and running!  You see why I keep him around?  If it weren’t for his wisdom I might think I was still sick.

He says I’m not sick, and my smart-mouth proves it.

I have no idea what he’s talking about.

Quilly is the pseudonym of Charlene L. Amsden, who lives on The Big Island in Hawaii. When she is not hanging out with Amoeba, she is likely teaching or sewing. Or she could be cooking, taking photographs, or even writing. But if she's not doing any of that, she's probably on Facebook or tinkering with her blog.

  1. If the nose was constantly running before and now it’s getting blocked, that definitely means you’re on the mend. Another few days and you will barely even feel like you’d been under the weather.

  2. My brother always told me that nobody knows but the nose knows… so I’m not sure how OC knows – unless of course, he’s The Nose. Could be.

  3. Mumma — another few days of this and my head will explode. I want to be snot free, not snot clogged!

    Jill — yes, please.

Melli – if OC is The Nose, he’s keeping his identity a secret. I’m going to go snooping through his drawers in search of his super hero costume — would it look like used Kleenex?

  4. Thanks for the fun memory Quilly, I forgot all about this routine Bill Cosby did, it brought a chuckle thanks for sharing.

It hasn’t been a good couple of months for me, but I’ve been by from time to time to read your posts.

    God Bless
