Still busy! I am not deserting all my net friends, but real-life takes precedence every now and then. I am off to the movies. Laters all! Have fun today. Shut off your computer and come to the movies!

(Oh, and after the movies I am going to OC’s office. After OC’s office we’ll be going to Orchestra rehearsal. After orchestra rehearsal we’ll come home — late. However, if I haven’t already been around to see you, I will get there!)

Quilly is the pseudonym of Charlene L. Amsden, who lives on The Big Island in Hawaii. When she is not hanging out with Amoeba, she is likely teaching or sewing. Or she could be cooking, taking photographs, or even writing. But if she's not doing any of that, she's probably on Facebook or tinkering with her blog.

  1. But … but… but…. WHAT ABOUT PUNNY MONDAY??? Did I GET it??? Is it riiiiiiiiight? Sheeeeesh! You’re not allowed to have a LIFE until you post the ANSWER!

  2. look , real life is overrated. and it’s for people who don’t have a blog. the sooner you realize that the better. what? i’m wrong? dang! i ALWAYS get that mixed up.

  3. Now that is a great picture. Bee and flower . Wow! I love it.
Enjoy the movie. Now we can all wonder which one your going to see.

  4. Melli — the locals have a saying here on the island whenever anyone is impatient: “Try wait.”

David — two tires with slow leaks kept me very still for two hours this afternoon — and my friend with me — while we waited for patches to be replaced.

    Robert — thank you!

Holly — for folks like you and me, real-life exists only as a source for blog fodder.

Dr. John — The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor

Brig — hmm, my answer to Holly doesn’t pertain to you.

Betty — thank you, I did.

Andrew — and only slightly less venomous.

Amber — thank you — and the movie was fun.

  5. Reba — actually, I am allergic to bees, so I prefer to not have them get all excited. Let’s just let it do it’s job, okay?

Alice — this took a lot of patience and bending over in a PUBLIC flower patch!

Melli — it is one of my favorite local expressions.

  6. LOL… I just bet it did take a lot of patience and time. Bending over in a public flower patch… too funny. I bet people were thinking you very, well…. odd, haha. One rainy day when I was laying on the ground in the local park, sneaking closer and closer to the swan, there were definitely people looking at me strangely. ROFL. Guess that should be ROGL, haha.

  7. It is good to just drop things and run off to the movies once in awhile….:)

    Beautiful picture…..
