Hehe — thoroughly researched. Something makes me suspect otherwise. After reading this highly entertaining letter I laid it to rest in the great cyberspace spam graveyard. I shipped it along with a virtual bouquet of flowers and a card signed by Mr. Quilly.  Pft!

  1. Hmmmm, Mr Quilly. I think you just missed the chance of a lifetime! ROFL!!!

I got one the other week telling me how well written my blog was, and would I not like to write posts? Aaaah come on!! I’m not a writer, far from it!

    1. But Jientje, your blog is very well written! Your English is better than many native speakers. I don’t think there is anything you don’t do exceedingly well.

    1. Melli — this one actually made it past the spam filters and into my email box. That is a very rare occurrence, so — despite my suspicion that it was indeed spam — I looked to make certain. I’m glad I did. The time I spent reading it was worth the laugh.

  2. Brides would make a tasty market. There was a time when entire villages gave dragons maidens dressed in white . They were very good. But those were the old days. But if it was ” researched” should you pass it up?

    1. Barbara — my thoughts exactly. I have no idea what I did to earn a male identity, but I get a lot of spam directed toward men. Most of it has titles so offensive I have to scrub my eyes after deleting them! There’s no way I’d ever open one!
