Week Twelve: W & X
Again a section of the gate
that thinks it’s art,
or the art masquerading as a gate –
– whichever the case may be.
The triangles make a W.
And the X comes to you courtesy of the Argiope Spider, who fashions an X in the middle of her web, and then aligns her legs to blend in.

You’re getting the hang of it! I’ll bet you”ll outclass EVERYBODY this week with that spider!! My God, that is SO special!! And I love that gate, you will take me there, won’t you? I want to see it! But isn’t there an X in it as well? Above left, something that looks like a spider’s web as well?

The “W” is subtle. The X spectacular.
That W is great, but, wow, that X is amazing. I have seen similar “stitchings” in webs but thought it was just some repair work. I didn’t realize it was on purpose and that the spider aligned their legs with the X. Cool!
