Unfortunately, the whales didn’t come to watch us.
I have to take my company to the Ferry. She is going away and there will be less laughter and more loneliness. I have had a blast and I really do have pics of NOT whales to share.
When do they ever on those tours…LOL. Sorry that she is leaving and you are going to be lonely. I can’t imagine you being very lonely for very long. Look on the bright side. At least you got one picture of a whale, regardless of what it looks like from your trip 🙂

Thom, we did not go on a Whale watching tour. We went out to Lime Kiln Park and stood on the point where whales are often seen and photographed. They had been there the day before. They are probably there right now, but they were not there when we were.
Well I hope the loneliness is short. I used to go whale watching myself, and no matter how much I yelled or waved, they never watch back either.

Ian — I have tons of packing and sorting to do, so I will be too busy for playing and visiting anyway. Alas.
Wild animals don’t pose for us. On zoo trips the animals leave the area.

Betty — yeah, that’s usually what happens to me.
Good because I have never seen a not Whale.

Sure you have. They just haven’t introduced themselves properly!
Well, I am sorry your company is leaving… but I do look forward to seeing the not whales… if I ever get the chance to come back here again…
My being is not accustomed to this kind of busyness…. it’s not sure how to handle it!

I always look forward to your comments. Whale-watching is a big feature here. Even if they don’t turn up it’s fun sitting chatting, with a glass of bubbly, just hoping!
Brenda — We had no glasses of bubbly, and since we hiked a half mile through uneven rocky terrain, my ankles were just as happy to have me alcohol free.
I am glad you like my comments. I’ve been fearing you think I’m a kook … although you didn’t say you don’t think I’m a kook, so ….
Well, at least you caught THAT one whale 😉
Hop on over when you get too lonely 🙂

Nicole, The fact that he’s made of metal and attached to a concrete pedestal slowed him down enough for me to snap the pic. I’m busy packing and may not have time for visiting. I am going through a ton of stuff I had in storage.
Sounds like a bunch of fun 😉
I am not really looking forward to do the same thing one day when we get a house. Or maybe I do, I don’t know. Will be sort of like Christmas in big, I guess 😉
