It’s the year of “Come to mama, pretty baby. I’ve got a nice driveway waiting for you.” 🙂
Classic and oh, so beautiful!!! wonderful choice for the letter C.
Mine is posted here
I have no idea what year that is. It is beautiful though!! I’m going to have to show it to my son because he loved the one you had posted for Project Green.
Looking forward to seeing your D photo! Have a great Saturday!!
That surely is an oldtimer, lol !
I love the color Blue… I would love to drive that car … I don’t know the year..
This is so much fun to find something everyday with the alphabet…
Hugs, Baba
That is a mighty pretty “C”… I can’t help ya out with the year… but it’s a beauty! Classic for sure!!!
This is a great looking car. I really like your first image. And the reflection is wonderful. Thanks again for hosting this project. It’s challenging me. I’m trying to shoot something new each time instead of going into the archives. We’ll see if I can keep that up or not.
wow, what a beaut! great one!
Brig — think about the gas expenditure!
Mar — thanks. C was more challenging then I expected! Not because there was no choice, but because I had so many!
Karen — OC and I went for a stroll and discovered them parked at the resort next door.
Gattina — OC says 30’s but I’m thinking 40’s. In the 30’s cars were still pretty boxy.
Baba — I’m glad you’re enjoying it. I am having fun, too.
Melli — Classic and Classy!
Robert — I find myself wandering around camera in hand, muttering the alphabet. I didn’t have my photos picked out ahead of time, either!
Polona — thank you, but there’s no need to call me, “Great One”. I think, “Your Wonderfullness” will do. 😉
I just wanted to say that I was going around looking at PhotoHunt photos and I saw a few Alphabet Photos by people who did not link here. Maybe people don’t realize there’s a Mr. Linky?
Karen — maybe not. Did you drop them a hint?
Nice car! My husband could probably tell you the year but he is out of town this weekend. I’ll have to ask him tomorrow night.
That is a beautiful car and I have some pictures up.
I think it would be fun to take it for a spin.
Jules – I’m looking forward to his expertise!
Nessa — yay! I’ll be right there.
SN — me, too!
What a beautiful car! Love the bright colors 🙂
I checked this website and I still have no clue. It matches a lot of the stuff from ’38, but that top… It’s kind of like a VW Beetle, but ’38 didn’t look like that. I’m officially stumped (not completely unexpected, is it?)
C is for COOL!!!
What a beauty!
I can picture myself in that baby cruising down the highway.
Minkydo — me, too!
Brig — OC said “38, but I couldn’t find online visual conformation, either.
Jamie Dawn — in AR, it probably would be more dented and much more rusted — and up on blocks sans tires — but feel free to pretend ….
ok Hubby says probably a 40-41 Coupe. He says the back looks like a Chevy. The covered spare tires makes it an elite class model. That is our best shot.
Brian — me, too.
Thanks, Jules. The emblem on the front is a Cadillac crown & shield, but beyond that I’m stymied. I went back to the resort where I took the photos, but only one of the cars remained and it wasn’t the Caddy.

Wow…snazzy! My friends family had an old Model A when I was in high school, it was so much fun to go for a drive in that cool old car.
