  1. Too bad I went to bed ‘early’ last night… darn. Oh well, it was another good one, Quilly, even tho it was answered before I got to my computer this morning. Where in the world do you get all the ideas for this? I have the odd (likely very odd) idea that might work, so maybe will send some ideas to you for future PMs.

  2. I am so not witty!!! But, I laughed so hard, yes, it is for sure ADORE !!! so simple and yet so not what I was thinking or where I was going!!! Great fun, and cheap entertainment! Thank you, Sis!! XOXOXO C

  3. oh dang, i’m late again. i would have said ‘stuff that got in my way as i was trying to clean my house today’

thereby embarrassing myself as it is not a pun.

    but it *is* a truth…

  4. But my word of the day if definitely French in spirit!

Cath — you got through to me just fine.

LOL, Dr. John! You said the answer three times! Next time, just spell it correctly!

Bazza — I’m thinking I should have left you there. 😉

Ian — congrats. That’s the right answer — except spelling counts!

Jientje — you did have a clue. Your clue was the photo of the door. IT isn’t my fault if you didn’t know what to do with your clue!

Juliana — but I like that you had the guts to play!

Alice — I haven’t much asked for suggestions because I don’t want to share the credit for this feature with anybody but OC. Am I selfish, or what?! (I think I may have to go make another confession in Bible Study over this.)

Caryl — I believe four of five Christmases back LEnny and I agreed that you had at least part — half? — of a wit. Something like that ….
Oh! And I love you, Sis!

Holly — my door — as in, the door from my house — got in your way while you were trying to clean your house? You should have just knocked. Trust me, I’d have let you clean through ….

Cath — when you get to Punny Monday don’t think so hard. Ask yourself each question below, in the order they’re listed, and brainstorm after each one — write down whatever silly thing comes to mind: 1.) What is this? 2. What is it doing? Having done that, ask yourself, What am I supposed to be looking for? And check your list to see if a suitable answer is there. You might be surprised.

Gel — your math is forgotten. Honest. Despite the fact that it is right here in black & white for anyone to see.

  5. It was a hard one this time. I wasn’t quite sure that was the right answer. Still, I figured you listened to one too many performance’s from OC’s band, and got “Oh Come All Ye Faithful” stuck in your head.

  6. You are about to be removed from my blog roll!!! It’s nothing personal…I’m restarting for 2009 this Thursday. Were you at the top of the list in 2008? If not, here’s your chance to be. A single comment gets you on my blog roll. Keep commenting and you’ll stay at the top. Hope to see you in 2009!

  7. Lisa — you got it, dead on! How did you know?!

    Melli — did it help?

VE — I had no clue I was on your blog roll! It’s been months since our paths have crossed!
