Bathroom Vessel Sinks
You’d think, living in my dream home, I would quit coveting other people’s bathrooms, but I recently saw this sink at someone else’s house, and I just loved it. The sink is nice and deep, there is no “splash out” when the water is on full. The faucet is very distinctive. It was a very stunning presentation.
Generally I am a fan of Undermount sinks because they look so much more finished and are easy to keep clean, but I am quickly falling in love with these high profile porcelain vessel sinks. They pop with personality. I’m taking notes. This is pretty much my dream home, but I am not thrilled with the bathroom vanities. Sometimes it boggles my mind that the builder was so meticulous on luxury details throughout the home, and put in run of the mill bathroom sinks and vanities.

Ah, Q, you would hate my bathroom vanities and sinks. Really run of the mill. But, hey, most people don’t spend a lot of time in the bathroom. In and out, as they say!
You would never want my bathrooms. They both need to be redone.
Something to keep in mind, once you want to buy a permanent home. I like them too, but I´m fine with “run of mill ” too. 🙂
I like that bottom of the first page hand painted glass vessel sink!!! If I ever get MY perfect bathroom, it will have THAT! Along with a HUMONGOUS sunken tub (with jets), and a personalized body massage shower by Kohler!
I am redoing my bathrooms in my new house. They were just done, but a really nice bathroom is amazing. I have an art glass vessel sink that’s shaped like a flower, and I saw some mosaic tile work where vines start in the floor and climb the wall. It was very serene and garden like. And I’m going to take out my shower and drop in a clawfoot tub I already own.
