A Vista Resort ~ North Myrtle Beach
When I lived in Hawaii, everybody wanted to know where we went on vacation. I said we go to Friday Harbor on San Juan Island. Now we live in Friday Harbor, so where do we go on vacation? Not back to Hawaii, that’s for sure.
How about an Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resort? I have been checking out Myrtle Beach Resorts and I really think I like Avista. We could stay in a condo rather than a hotel room. One of the things we don’t like about traveling is having to eat every meal out. It isn’t good for our pocketbooks, our health, or our waistlines. A condo would make eating breakfast and lunch in more convenient. That and the nearby golf course would help make Avista an appealing vacation spot for Amoeba.
Last February I saw the Atlantic Ocean for the very first time, but it was much too cold outside for me to enjoy my visit. I told Amoeba I wanted to go back when the weather was warmer. He said he did, too, especially if it meant he could get in a few rounds of golf. That’s why I started checking out vacation spots.
Oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resorts are very popular destinations. In fact, travel agents claim that Myrtle Beach is the most popular family beach in the nation. Wow! Have you ever stayed at a Myrtle Beach Resort? Which one, and would you recommend it? Why or why not?

Since I live less than an hour away from Myrtle Beach, I can tell you it is rated one of the cleanest beaches in the nation. They take keeping it that way very seriously.

When my dad lived in Naples, FL, we enjoyed the beach there. I had not heard that Myrtle Beach was rated so highly, but I will keep it in mind!
