Punny Monday #13
Welcome to Punny Monday. Every Sunday evening about midnight Pacific Daylight Savings Time I post an original photo and ask my readers to figure out what was going on in my brain (or Amoeba’s) when he/I/we made it.
What noun does this photo represent? EMAIL your answers and leave a comment designed to either help or confuse your fellow game players. The first contestant to EMAIL me the right answer wins a featured link in my blog which will display until next Monday when we’ll play this little game again. Enjoy.
PLEASE, do not write your guess in the comments. It spoils the game for the other players. Your guesses will be shared when the game ends. Oh, and just because someone announces they’ve won, doesn’t mean that they have. Please keep guessing until I post the answers!

OMG this is way easy. Now watch my guess be wrong wrong wrong LOL 🙂
Thom — you are going to have to learn to guess first and comment second! Although, you still came in at 12:05 so Mar beat you by 2 minutes.
I think this one is easy but then again, I am not known for my guessing qualities 🙂
Congrats, Mar — you won!
Oh, no, Thom beat me!! and this was the chance of my life!
Congrats Mar. But next time I’m emailing my first before I do my comment. LOL 🙂
LOL! You two are a riot. Thom — see my comment to you above!
Well there’s an ice way to start the week – happy Punny Monday!
Susan — that was a slick comment!
I need caffeine.
Doug — grab a glass, I’ll fill it up!
My guess is in,
Bill — indeed.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay I was right. I feel so ……………….
This one did seem easy — unless I’m overlooking something! But, alas, I am nowhere near first.
Barbara – -it was easy. I was exhausted and “easy” appealed to me.
I’m way too late, but it’s still fun to get it!
Linda — that’s why I liked the answers emailed in instead of put in the comments. More people get to enjoying playing.
I think I know it but so do those who went before me.
Betty – -yeah, but you still made it into the winner’s circle, even if you weren’t first.
People on the other side of the US have such an advantage. They may actually be awake when you post. 😉
Silver — I post it at 12:01 p.m. — that is morning for Mar, but she is NOT in the US and that is 9 p.m. for Thom, but he rarely gets it anyway.
Quilly, I think you mean 12:01 a.m. 😀
Karen — yes, I do! LOL! Maybe I still need more sleep!
No chance to be first: I went to bed at 8pm EDT. But at least I’m well-rested. 😀
Karen — I almost went to bed at 8 p.m. PDST, but I had to do Punny Monday first, so I didn’t make it until 9:30.
aw shucks…I was up late but forgot to look…
Shelly — that’ll teach you!
Oh dear. I think I’ll have a Mint Julep instead.
Karen — I make a lovely mint tea, too. No alcohol, sorry.
I was thinking it was awfully easy and then I saw Thom’s remark. 🙂
Susan is being Punny this morning. Nice one Susan.
Carletta — why no guess?
I did! Clicked on your link.
Carletta – -the last Punny Monday email I got from you was for Leader of The Pack (my mail has a search function. It aggregated all of your comments this past month.)
Easy one this week, but so very clever as always… and I have to admit my mind initially was trying to lead me down a different path, so maybe not so easy either. They’re all easy if you get them.
Raven — they are all easy after the fact, too!
a cool PM to quench the thirst
Polona — I wanted to wet your appetite for competition.
LOL! Okay… I won’t ignore this one — but I definitely would have had it too. If I had been here. Which I wasn’t. 🙂
Melli — I am glad you were out having fun. Can’t wait to hear the tale of the tales!
You know what is funny — on my iTouch I would have sworn those were bubbles! When I finally got home and got to use the big computer, it was clearly ICE! Ah well . . . as I said to quilly in my answer, bubble tea is foul stuff, so I’m glad she wasn’t promoting it!
Kelly — I did wonder if the shape of the ice cubes would give anybody a problem. I wonder how I would have gotten bubbles to behave like that though?
