Okay, if you follow Amoeba’s blog you already know, but here’s the latest from my personal Department of Wealth and Helfare ….

I interviewed for a part-time, substitute teaching job the other day which required I have a minimum of a B.A. and two years teaching experience.  I have a second interview scheduled with them for next week.  I am debating on whether or not I will return.  You see, they demanded I have a 30k education, but they only want to pay me $10.25 per hour for it.  Menial labor pays more.

In the meantime, I have a similar interview at one of the island’s top private schools tomorrow morning at 10:45 a.m. — keep me in your thoughts.  I am certain these folks pay more and I would very much like to work with them.
