We’ve been busy while waiting for the net, and Ella wants you to know that even though she’s in Waikiki everyday, it’s not all glamour.  There’s a little romance, too.

Here we are at the Waikiki Yacht Club.  Ella was wisked off her feet by a handsome young man.

Quilly is the pseudonym of Charlene L. Amsden, who lives on The Big Island in Hawaii. When she is not hanging out with Amoeba, she is likely teaching or sewing. Or she could be cooking, taking photographs, or even writing. But if she's not doing any of that, she's probably on Facebook or tinkering with her blog.

  8. Hi Quilly and Melli, Lucky you together and visiting in person! I’m sorry I haven’t been around. I’m posting but not every day. I’m back to teaching and that takes up a lot of time! 🙂 Hope all is well.

    Polona — the young man’s get away car is motorized by my boss, so I wasn’t too worried about him making off with our Ella.

    Betty — I wish I could show you the whole thing, but the young man is not mine to share.

    Carletta — she’s a “go for the gusto” kind of girl.
