Apparently one of my plugins went rogue and corrupted my data base, knocking my blog offline. Since it did this while I was at work (putting in 2.5 of the 10-15 hours I am allowed to work per week), I couldn’t do a thing about it. However, after I got home and fiddled a bit and discovered I still couldn’t do a thing about it, I sent a note to Dreamhost, and one of their nice techs fixed me up. Dreamhost’s response time was less than an hour. I really like those folks!
