Beautiful photo. It compliments the haiku wonderfully. Excellent Q
Thom, thanks. I just love the way the morning sun slips in under the fog and lights the boats.

Beautifully written! The photo gives an even more wonderful effect. Have a great day.
Wow I love it! (the haiku and photo)
Nice
I like both your poem and the picture. The poem describes the morning perfectly as concerns the fog. I just love to watch the retreating fog over water.
Sometimes you can see an actual and well defined cloud sitting over a portion of the water. I don’t have a good photo of that, it is rather rare here.
Take care. As you figured out, we are back home. 🙂
..
Beautiful pic and haiku!

So romantic Quilly the photo makes it very special.I can almost taste the fog coming in!
…what a great way to describe and visualize the unveiling of “whispered secrets”… Beautifully done… Love the poem… 🙂
I loved the poem but the photo — holy cow. That’s something special — you could make me love fog with a photo like that.
now this was simply lovely. I could feel the fog lift as I read it!
Beautifully worded Haiku and a sensational picture to match it.
Have a great week ahead!!
