    poor thing… never got a chance to really bloom.
    nicely done… i might consider leaving a little more space for the shadow

    This is how observant I am. I was going for the freshness of the kill. This bud was murdered before my very eyes by a guy who raked the bush with his surfboard. I didn’t notice the shadow until I downloaded the photo! I am such a maroon! (You have to know Bugs Bunny to get the color reference.)

    don’t worry, you’ll learn, i have no doubt about it. you have the talent, the rest comes with practice (ha, as if i have so much of it!)
