Melli’s Alphabet Photo Challenge

Melli, our hostess with the mostest, presents:

The ALPHABET PHOTO CHALLENGE

Week Thirteen: Y & Z

The Hawaii Convention Center uses Ys to hold the roof up!
Such a Ys thing to do!

And last but not least, a zebra striped Z.
The poor thing came to Hawaii and got sunburnt.

And finally, the photo you’ve all been waiting for:

This challenge has been a blast!  Thank you, Melli.   It was a super fun 13 weeks and I probably didn’t use your name in vain more than 5 or 6 times!  What’s up next?

Open Doors Finale

As you know, I missed a couple of days of posting, but those doors you didn’t get to see are right here. First off:

Karaoke Shack, UH @ Manoa

There is a video posted on YouTube of a group sing-a-long.  It looks like fun.

And behind this door you will find .....

OCeallaigh hard at work.

O'Ceallaigh, hard-working Amoeba.

And, for the grand finale, a closer look at The Center for Korean Studies:

Posted for Jientje’s Photo Challenge called “Opening Doors
The idea is to post pictures of doors, or details of doors.
It has to be your own picture, no stealing from Mr Google!
That’s the only rule!

Thanks Jientje, it was a great challenge!

I think I am going to give Robert’s “Show Me” Photo Project a try.
Check it out!

Bridging The Gap Between Cultures

Visit Alice to find more players in her photo challenge, Bridging The Gap.

On the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus, there is a Korean Temple. It was built as a sign of peace between East and West. In fact, a good part of the UH@M campus is dedicated to bridging the gaps between Asian and American culture.
