Week Thirteen: Y & Z

The Hawaii Convention Center uses Ys to hold the roof up!
Such a Ys thing to do!

And last but not least, a zebra striped Z.
The poor thing came to Hawaii and got sunburnt.

And finally, the photo you’ve all been waiting for:

The Gate
Be sure to double click and enlarge it.

The Gate’s gate.

This challenge has been a blast!  Thank you, Melli.   It was a super fun 13 weeks and I probably didn’t use your name in vain more than 5 or 6 times!  What’s up next?

Week Eleven: U & V

Once again, I thought you all might like to see a few more parts of the gate
that thinks it’s art,
or the art masquerading as a gate –
– whichever the case may be.

Kind of jumped right out at me.

And this V is nothing short of heavenly!

Week Ten: S & T

I thought you all might like to see a few more parts of the gate

– whichever the case may be.

This S pretty much jumped right out and said, “Here I am!  Picture ME!”  And so I did.

And here we have a whole row of Ts.

In fact, tease is pretty much all this fence does!
My very most favorite thing about this fence is, the latched gate!
Gotta keep it closed or the dog might get out ….

Week Nine: Q & R

.

I was so excited when I found the Q, I hopped around with it and dang near injured myself.

.

And I am so darn proud of this r I feel like tooting my own horn, but I can’t.
This one — like all the other horns in the house — belongs to OC.

Week Eight: O & P

How many Os are there in this photo?  This is just a wee small part of a gate masquerading as art, or it’s art masquerading as a gate.  Those of you who visit my photoblog AND have sharp eyes, might recognize a bit of this gate from this photo.  As the Alphabet continues, I will be revealing more of this beauty’s beauty!

And this P, which I was quite proud of when I found, seems to be very proliferate.

This P, on the other hand, is remarkable and unique.
